Biography

Nicole DeSimone was born in Oakland, Maryland, and spent the majority of her formative years in West Virginia. She is a 1996 graduate of Philip Barbour High School and pursued studies in Secondary Education and English at Alderson-Broaddus College.

Ms. DeSimone has devoted more than twenty-five years to the field of personal injury law, serving as a paralegal throughout her career. For the past sixteen years, she has been an integral member of The Miley Legal Group, where she currently holds the position of Paralegal Director. In this capacity, Ms. DeSimone oversees the firm’s paralegal staff, manages workflow processes, and ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality legal support and client service.

A resident of Bridgeport, West Virginia, Ms. DeSimone is the proud mother of two children, Gianna and Anthony, and grandmother to Jayce. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.
