Melody McKinney

Born in Clarksburg and raised in Doddridge County, Melody brings a strong background in both law and public service to the Miley Legal team. She earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Pierpont Community College and went on to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at Fairmont State University.

Throughout her career, Melody has gained diverse experience working in state and federal government as well as in private investigation. She continues to reside in Doddridge County, where she enjoys life surrounded by her three children—two of whom also call the county home—and her five beloved grandchildren.

When she’s not working, Melody loves spending time with her family, exploring thrift shops, relaxing with a good book, and enjoying the outdoors.
