Biography

Brooke Colley is a client favorite who was recently promoted from an Administrative Assistant to the Mail and Records Clerk at Miley Legal. While she is best known for her bubbly personality and client-focused interactions, her potential and eagerness to develop new skills made a role change a natural step in better serving our clients. In her new role, Brooke plays a vital part in managing case documentation and ensuring the accurate, timely flow of information into each client’s file. She oversees the organization, processing, and maintenance of client records and correspondences, supporting the entire legal team throughout both pre-litigation and litigation processes with efficiency and precision. Brooke’s attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to client care help ensure that every case is handled with the thoroughness it deserves.

In addition to her role as Miley Legal’s Mail and Records Clerk, Brooke oversees our active mass tort focused on opioid-related injuries. Brooke acts as a knowledgeable point of contact for members of the Opioid Program while supporting community members who have been negatively impacted by pharmaceutical companies.

Brooke is a Clarksburg native who graduated from Robert C. Byrd High School. Thereafter, in 2023, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Fairmont State University. Her academic background strengthens her research abilities and detail-oriented approach, which she brings to her work each day.

Outside the office, Brooke enjoys traveling, watching scary movies, and spending time with her husband and her rescue dog, Cav—named in honor of her favorite team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
